From position 22 to 9.8.
Twelve months of technical SEO, catalogue content and structured data for a US industrial supply store.

What needed to change
A large industrial catalogue was averaging position 22 in Google. Thin product descriptions, duplicated manufacturer content and crawl issues made it difficult for commercial pages to compete.
What I built
I worked on crawl paths, canonical URLs, category and brand structure, product specifications, internal links and structured data. Priority pages were rewritten around product details and the questions buyers actually ask. Analytics cleanup and monthly reporting supported the work.
What changed
The original September 2026 case study reports average position improving from 22.0 to 9.8 and CTR from 0.6% to 0.8%. It also reports 416 AI-assistant sessions and 44.7% higher revenue in the compared 28-day year-over-year window. These are dated reported outcomes, not a promise or an attribution of all revenue growth to SEO alone.
